Rare This variant was only available to retailers who attended the Diamond Retailer Summit (DRS) in Baltimore in October 2003. As such it had a very low print run between 400 and 500 copies. This promotional variant featured a special cover by Ed McGuinness.

At auction, CGC encapsulated issues can retail from anything upwards of $250 on a "Buy It Now". eBay usually has a small number for sale at any one time so they are not too difficult to get hold of despite the very low distribution.
